Kaori was founded in 1970 and the company’s main goal is to exploit the modernization of heat treatment technology for the development of high quality dryers. Kaori has spared no efforts to innovate the innovation on its hardware and software systems based on the on-going extensive research and development work using the state of the art technology from Germany, USA and Japan.

The JIS marking and certificate of McDonnell Douglas were awarded to Kaori in 1988 and 1994 respectively. Based on Kaori’s heat treatment and brazing process experiences, Kaori began to produce Sendzimir rolls and compact brazed plate heat exchanger in1992. Since then, Kaori has been awarded the certificate for qualification of ISO9001:2000, UL and CE.

By integrating diversified technologies, Kaori advanced into thermal technical industry, air dryer system and clean room high strength steel raised access floor business. In the future, Kaori will focus on heat treatment process and related by-products.

REFRIGERATED AIR DRYER & COMPRESSED AIR DRYER
Dry/ Clean/ Effective

In the compressed air system, to prevent corrosion from condensed water is a very important issue. In order to deal with the task, the commonly used tool is the air dryer. In this kind of equipments, huge volume, high pressure loss, complicated piping design, corrosion and low pressure resistance in traditional types of heat exchangers are the main problems which engineers are of heat exchangers are the main problems which engineers are trying to overcome. In 2006, Koari successfully developed plate heatexchangers for air dryer systems with air flow rates between 2.4~7.0 m3/min (85~247cfm). With completed research and tested data. Kaori proved uniqueness of the new design, and obtained patents in Taiwan, Japan and Korea, with pending patents in China and USA.

Design

Easy to install

KAORI's compact design and well-structured component layout provides extreme installation flexibility. The easily accessible components ensure that KAORI occupies less valuable plant floor space.

High quality refrigerant compressor

Hermetic, suction gas is cooled and protected against thermal and current overloads. The compressor is mounted on anti-vibration rubber supports to ensure quiet running of the dryer. An environmental friendly gas, R407c is used.

Reliable electronic automatic drain

This design is standard for all models. The discharge and pause times on the drain are also adjustable. The flexible and adaptable operation of the drain ensures effective discharge of condensates. The design includes wide drainage orifice for increased reliability and reduced chance of blockage.

Hot gas by-pass Valve

The valve prevents the freezing of the evaporator in low load conditions. It also ensures optimum dew point control under all operating conditions.

Parallel Condenser

The air is cooled by an electric fan fitted with a safety grille and mounted with a parallel condenser. The compact design of the parallel condensers provides space saving of up to 60%. Both the condenser and the fan motor are generously sized to operate at high ambient temperature. This feature provides effective cooling of the internal electronic parts.
