JORC was founded in 1991 by Marc and Joke de Bie. On 31 december 1999 JORC's ownership transitioned into the family's second generation:

JORC's sales channels are through OEM's, distributors and dealers only. JORC does not sell to end users. Their policy ensures a clean line of supply from JORC to the end user, whereby the distribution network is not threatened by the manufacturer.
JORC's customer's policy is to exceed the expectations of their customers. Certain policy targets are:

Compressed air condensate separator
 

The SEPREMIUM range of oil/water separators separates oil from condensate, generated by compressed air systems. The SEPREMIUM achieves separation of oil from condensate by means of directing the condensate through various separation stages.

Principle Workings of the sepremium
As condensate flows in to the SEPREMIUM, the oil is filtered out through various filtration elements.

The first oil adsorbing element has a clever saturation indicating feature, offering you a visual operating status of the separator at a distance.

The elements are designed to combine various types of adsorption technologies to achieve less than 10 ppm oil residue values at the output stage.

Final separation stage includes specially selected activated carbon to polish out the remaining contaminants.

  MAGY Filter drain
Magnetically operated zero air loss drain
 

The MAGY removes condensate from compressed air filters.

The operation is automatic and there is no compressed air lost during the condensate discharge cycle.

The MAGY uses magnetic forces to operate the direct acting valve assembly and is ideally suited in applications where power is not available, not desired or not reliable.

The magnets have been specially selected to ensure long lasting magnetisme is guaranteed.

The KAPTIV removes condensate from compressed air systems based on advanced capacitive level sensing technology.

  EZ-1 Timer

The EZ-1 Timer is produced using SMT (Surface Mounting Technology), ensuring improved performance and consistency process.

 The application of the timer is to control the OPEN (pulse) and CLOSED (pause) cycles of solenoid valves. Cycles range options are: milli-seconds, seconds, minutes and hours. Adjustable cycle potentiometers offering ON and OFF cycle options, bright yellow LED's indicate in which cycle the timer is operating.

The EZ-1 Timer is designed to fit all solenoid valves with connection type DIN 43650 - A/ISO 4400.

  FLUIDRAIN
